Invigorating Foot Cream
As seen on the Sonoran Living program.

Custom scented foot cream that invigorates the feet and brings them back to life! This recipe is EASY!!! It pairs well with the Foot Soap.

The cream uses an unscented rich cream base that can be found at most all drug stores. The essential oils used are all easy to find and not too expensive. They will make the feet tingle and come alive! This makes for a quick and inexpensive little gift to give to those you love who seem to be on their feet all the time.

Keep your eye out for little jars and start collecting them. That way you will always have one on hand when you need one and it won’t take an extra trip to find one. Also, experiment with different stickers and labels or cards. Use waterproof makers like Sharpie. You can find them in a variety of colors at an office store. I also like to use a gold or silver paint pen for highlights when I am feeling festive and have the time to decorate my labels.

Make several of these to give as gifts and remember to keep one for yourself!

NOTE: Have a headache??? You can use a little of this cream to help ward off a headache as well! Just dab a little on your temples, behind your ears and on the back of the neck. Rub in and relax. Keep away from eyes.

Ingredients:
1 16oz. jar Cetaphil Moisturizing Cream
1 tsp.
(about 80 drops)
Peppermint essential oil
1/2 tsp.
(about 40 drops)
Rosemary essential oil
1/2 tsp.
(about 40 drops)
Lavendar essential oil
assorted jars 1oz – 4 oz in size
  labels *

Method:

Put Cetaphil cream in a glass bowl. Add the essential oils and stir well. Put into jars. Make sure jars are clean and not greasy with cream and then label them. Put directions to use: Wash feet well in warm water with Foot Soap using a washcloth to get between toes and to scrub the feet. Dry the feet well. Put a liberal amount of cream on feet and put on socks. Go to bed or put your feet up and read a book. Ahhhh!

*Label Idea: Put a simple label on the jars with just the name of the cream and then make a little card with the instructions to tuck in with the jar. I like using my computer for the direction cards and I print them on perforated business card sheets. That way I can print out several cards at once and it saves me a lot of writing.

Enjoy!
