Here are two different blends of body oils that promote feelings of relaxation. They both smell lovely and are wonderful to put on after a bath or shower. These are also good for massage oils.
For both blends, start with a base carrier oil of either almond, grape seed or apricot oils mixed with about one fourth jojoba oil, if you can splurge on that.
Start with making small amounts, like 2 oz., and take note of what you are adding. If you find that you made a blend that you really love, you will have the proportions figured out and then you can double the recipe. Remember to label your bottles!
Relaxing Blend #1
Start with 2 oz of carrier oil blend, then add essential oils to your desired strength. Do not make it too strong!
I like:
| 6-7 drops |
Lavender |
| 4-5 drops |
Frankincense |
Shake well and test on your arm for balance and strength of scent.

Start with 2 oz of carrier oil blend, then add essential oils to your desired strength. Do not make it too strong!
