Using herbs therapeutically can be very effective,
however, it takes quite a bit of education and research to sift
through all the possibilities and concerns. For this reason, you
may want to consider a private herbal/lifestyle consultation.
We will review
your current health status and concerns, and look at possible herbal
and life style options and strategies that are based on sound research
and past experience of uses.
Consultations take place at Whole Foods
in Phoenix. They include a browse through the store to answer questions
and point out products that you may want to consider trying.
Upon scheduling of appointment, I will send you a health questionaire
to fill out and bring with you.
I do not offer any therapeutic herbal advise directly. Instead, we will
research together to help you find good information about how to support
your body and health.
